DOS Publishes Notice of Proposed Consular Fee Changes

DOS proposed rule including nine proposed fee changes, of which seven are increases and two are decreases of existing fees. The Diversity Visa Lottery surcharge for immigrant visa applications increases from $100 to $375. Written comments are due on or before 8/18/04. (69 FR 42913, 7/19/04)
