DOS Designates Islamic Jihad Group as a Terrorist Organization

The DOS designates the Islamic Jihad Group, also known by a number of different aliases, as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, and determines that no prior notice need be provided to any person subject to the determination. (70 FR 30179, 5/25/05)
