DOS Final Rule on Technical Nomenclature Changes Due to Creation of DHS

DOS published a rule, effective June 15, implementing technical nomenclature changes to Title 22 CFR parts 40, 41, and 42 to properly reflect the creation of DHS. This rule also reflects changes to form numbers on various visa-related forms. (71 FR 34519, 6/15/06)
