DOS Final Rule on Certifications for Hague Convention Adoption Cases

DOS issued a final rule governing the application process for Hague Adoption Certificates and Hague Custody Declarations in cases involving emigration of a child from the U.S., as well as adoptions done in the U.S. following grants of custody in a Convention country of origin. (71 FR 64451, 11/2/06)
