DOS Notice of Transitionion to Ten Fingerscan Standard

DOS announced a change in the fingerprint standard of the Biometric Visa Program from two fingerscans to ten. Deployment of the ten fingerscan systems to consular posts abroad began in April 2007. (72 FR 25351, 5/4/07)
