DOS Interim Final Rule Regarding “Expedited Passport Processing”

DOS published an Interim Final Rule changing the definition of “expedited passport processing” due to increases in demand for the service. Effective 8/16/07. Comments are due 10/15/07. (72 FR 45888, 8/16/07)
