DOS Final Rule on EVP Sanctions and Terminations

DOS final rule modifying and adding to the actions that DOS may sanction an Exchange Visitor Program sponsor and eliminates summary suspension and modifies program suspension to halt activities of sponsors who violate the program. The rule is effective 30 days from 11/2/07. (72 FR 62112, 11/2/07)
