DOS Final Rule Reorganizing Passport Regulations

DOS final passport rule which reorganizes, restructures, and updates passport regulations to bring greater clarity to current passport policy and practice and to present it in a less cumbersome way. The rule becomes effective February 1, 2008. (72 FR 64930, 11/19/07)
