DOS Notice of Deposit of Instrument of Ratification for the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption

DOS published notice that the U.S. deposited its instrument of ratification for the Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation with Respect to Intercountry Adoption, thus the Convention will enter into force with respect on April 1, 2008. (72 FR 71730, 12/18/07)
