DOS Final Rule on Increased Security Measures

DOS final rule addressing increased security measures requiring fingerprinting and name checks of all visa applicants. The rule also includes the cost of such checks in fees for non-immigrant and immigrant visas and border crossing cards. Rule is effective 1/1/08. (72 FR 74174, 12/31/07)
