DOS Final Rule Amending Regulations on Visa Classification Symbols

DOS issued a final rule amending its regulations to add new classification symbols to the immigrant and nonimmigrant classification tables, as well as remove classifications that have become obsolete. The rule is effective 3/20/08. (73 FR 14926, 3/20/08)
