DOS Interim Final Rule Revising Regulations On Au Pairs

DOS issued an interim final rule revising its regulations regarding au pairs to allow au pairs to repeat the program after a period of at least two years residency outside the U.S. The rule is effective 30 days from 7/21/08. Comments are also due 30 days form 7/21/08. (73 FR 34861, 6/19/08)
