DOS on Data Breaches of Personally Identifiable Information

DOS proposes to add a new routine use to the Prefatory Statement of Routine Uses to Department of State Privacy Act Issuances, to be able to respond quickly and efficiently should a breach of personally identifiable information occur. (73 FR 40649, 7/15/08)
