USCIS Direct Mail Program Now Includes I-800A and I-800

USCIS issued a notice that the agency is expanding its Direct Mail program to include Form I-800A, Application of Determination of Suitability to Adopt a Child from a Convention Country and Form I-800, Petition to Classify Convention Adoptee as an Immediate Relative. (73 FR 50336, 8/26/08)
