DOS Final Rule Exempting Certain Burmese Officials from Travel Restrictions

DOS published a final rule exempting certain Burmese diplomats and officials from the travel restrictions established in the Tom Lantos Block Burmese JADE Act. The rule is effective 9/30/08. (73 FR 56729, 9/30/08)
