DOS Final Rule Eliminates Board of Appellate Review for Loss of Citizenship

DOS final rule eliminating the Board of Appellate Review, which was authorized to review determinations related to loss of citizenship and passport denials, because its jurisdiction had been made obsolete, and authorizes on a discretionary basis an alternative review process. (73 FR 62196, 10/20/08)
