DOS Maintains Foreign Terrorist Organization Designation for MEK

DOS released a notice announcing that the circumstances that were the basis for the designation of Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization (MEK) as a foreign terrorist organization have not changed in a manner to warrant revocation of the designation. (74 FR 1273, 1/12/09)
