DOS on Inclusion of Expiration Date in Permits for Operation of Border Crossing Facilities

DOS announced that it will include an expiration date among the conditions it establishes in Presidential permits that it issues for the construction, operation, and maintenance of border crossing facilities. (74 FR 18798, 4/24/09)
