DOS Final Rule Making Electronic Filing Mandatory for Diversity Visa Program

DOS published a final rule regarding the manner in which applicants may petition for the opportunity to participate in the Diversity Visa Program by changing the standard mail-in system previously used to an entirely electronic system. (74 FR 2369, 1/15/09)
