DOS Final Rule on New Visa Classifications for Immigrants and Nonimmigrants

DOS final rule amending its regulations to add new classification symbols to the immigrant and nonimmigrant classification tables. This amendment is necessary to implement legislation that created additional classifications. This rule is effective 11/25/09. (74 FR 61517, 11/25/09)
