DOS Request for Comments on Form DS-260 (Updated 2/17/09)

DOS issued a notice of a proposed information collection on Form DS-260, Electronic Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration. DOS will accept comments from the public up to 60 days from February 10, 2009. A sample of the revised form is available for review. (74 FR 6686, 2/10/09)
