DOS Final Rule Removing NAFTA Petition Requirement for Mexican Citizens

DOS final rule removing the petition requirement for Mexican citizens applying for NAFTA professional nonimmigrant visas. Mexicans wishing to enter as a TN no longer need an approved petition, but can apply directly at the embassy or consulate abroad. Rule is effective 2/10/14. (79 FR 7582, 2/10/14)
