DOS Cable on 9 FAM Update with New I-20 and DS-2019 Forms

DOS cable on the 9 FAM update because on 6/26/15, DHS’ Student and Exchange Visitor Program released new I-20 and DS-2019 forms. Consular officers can accept the previous forms if issued on 6/26/15 or earlier, until 7/1/16, when only the new forms will be valid.
