DOS Notice of Amendment to the Biometric Visa Program

DOS public notice announces an amendment to the Biometric Visa Program. In consultation with DHS and DOJ, the Department determined that fingerprints and a photo image should be required as biometric identifiers. (75 FR 39323, 7/8/10)
