DOS Transitioning Immigrant Visa Applications Online on 9/3/13

DOS alert on the transition to an online immigrant visa application (DS-260) on Tuesday, 9/3/13, replacing the paper DS-230. DOS will also replace the paper DS-3032 with the online form DS-261. Only Diversity Visa and Cuban Family Reunification Parole applicants may continue using the paper forms.
