DOT Issues Clarification on U.S. Citizenship Requirement for NDRF Agents

The Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration issued a rule clarifying regulations, which require Agents for the Nation Defense Reserve Fleet to be U.S. citizens. It is effective 8/21/08. (73 FR 49357, 8/21/08)
