FAA Final Rule On Ineligibility for Airman Certificates on Security Grounds

A Federal Aviation Administration final rule, which also seeks comments, makes a person ineligible to hold an FAA airman certificate if FAA is notified in writing by the Transportation Security Agency that the person poses a security threat. (68 FR 3771, 1/24/03)
