FDIC Interim Final Rule on Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program

The FDIC published an interim final rule creating the Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program (TLGP) to provide full coverage of non-interest bearing deposit transaction accounts. The interim final rule does not provide full coverage for IOLTA. Comments are due 11/13/08. (73 FR 64719, 10/29/08)
