Five Charged Following Raid of Action Rags in Houston

On 7/2/08, ICE announced that the owner and four managers of Action Rags USA were charged with "conspiracy to harbor illegal aliens, inducing illegal aliens to come to the U.S. and engaging in a pattern or practice of hiring illegal aliens," following the raid of a company warehouse in Houston.
