HHS Updates 2003 Poverty Guidelines

HHS has updated its poverty guidelines to account for last year's increase in prices as measured by the Consumer Price Index. This data is used in determining ability to provide support in connection with the affidavit of support. (68 FR 6456, 2/7/03)
