HSI Delegates Authority to Approve Special Response Team and HSI Ceremonial Honor Guard Use

ICE posted to its FOIA page a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) delegation order in which then HSI Executive Associate Director Katrina W. Berger delegated to the Assistant Director of Domestic Operations the authority to approve Special Response Team deployments under sensitive circumstances and the utilization of the HSI Ceremonial Honor Guard, effective 11/3/24. The document was updated 4/5/25 to be in compliance with Executive Orders 14168 and 14151 and ICE Director memos.
