ICE Announces DSO Sentenced for Visa Fraud and Making False Statements on Forms I-20

ICE issued a press release after a Designated School Official (DSO) for Mercyhurst University was sentenced to two years’ probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine for knowingly made materially false statements on various Form I-20, Certificates of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status.
