Shipley Do-Nuts Ordered to Pay Criminal Fine and Forfeit More Than a Million to ICE

On 8/7/09 Shipley Do-Nut Flour and Supply Company Inc. was sentenced to be under court supervision for a period of three years, pay a criminal fine of $250,000 and forfeit $1.334 million to ICE for harboring illegal aliens. ICE raided the company’s Houston-based facilities in April 2008.
