AILA Submits Amicus Brief in AZ Anti-Immigrant Statute Litigation

AILA filed an amicus brief in the Arizona district court case of Friendly House v. Whiting supporting a preliminary injunction of the AZ statute commonly referred to as SB 1070. AILA argues that the statute cannot be implemented in a fair and constitutional manner.
