INS Publishes H-1C Nurses Regulations

INS interim rule implementing the Nursing Relief for Disadvantaged Areas Act of 1999 (NRDAA) by providing instruction on the filing and adjudication of petitions for H-1C classification. Interim rule is effective as of 6/11/01 with comments due by 8/10/01. (66 FR 31107, 6/11/01)
