INS Implements Special Immigrant Category for Broadcasters

INS interim rule implements the Special Immigrant Status for Certain United States International Broadcasting Employees Act, establishing an immigrant category for broadcasters with the U.S. Broadcasting Board of Governors or its grantees. (66 FR 51819, 10/11/01)
