INS Interim Rule Terminates Use of Non-Biometric Border Crossing Card

INS interim rule establishes procedures to terminate the use of current non-biometric BCCs and clarifies the validity period of waivers of inadmissibility issued under 8 CFR § 212.4. The rule took effect retroactive to 10/1/02. (67 FR 71443, 12/2/02)
