INS Finalizes SEVIS Regulations on Retention and Reporting

INS final rule governing the retention and reporting of information regarding F, J, and M nonimmigrants. Among other things, the rule implements usage of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). (67 FR 76255, 12/11/02)
