INS Interim Rule Terminates Argentina’s Participation in the VWP

INS interim rule terminating Argentina’s participation in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), effective 2/21/02. Argentine nationals will now need to acquire a visa before traveling to the U.S. Comments to the rule are due by 4/22/02. (67 FR 7943, 2/21/02)
