Orange County Immigration Lawyer Sentenced for Running Visa Fraud Scheme

Mihae Park, of Laguna Beach, California, was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for submitting dozens of fraudulent visa petitions to U.S. immigration authorities between 2000 and 2017 and for failing to report illicit funds to the IRS.
