Presidential Proclamation 10685 on the Suspension of Entry of Persons Enabling Corruption

President Biden issued a proclamation on 12/11/23 suspending the immigrant and nonimmigrant entry of persons who have enabled, facilitated, or otherwise been involved in significant corruption and their immediate family members, with certain exceptions. (88 FR 86541, 12/14/23)
