SEVP Provides STEM Designated Degree Program List
SEVP provides a STEM Designated Degree Program list, with a complete list of fields of study that DHS considers to be science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) fields for the purpose of the 24-month STEM OPT extension described in 8 CFR 214.2(f).
To request an addition to the STEM Designated Degree Program List, email the Student and Exchange Visitor Program at sevp@ice.dhs.gov. Include "Request for STEM Designated Degree Program List" in the subject line.
