SSA Final Rule on Social Security Card Replacements

The SSA has adopted final regulations that reflect amendments to the Social Security Act made by the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. Individuals will be limited to three replacement SSN card per year and ten during a lifetime. (71 FR 43054, 7/31/06)
