USCIS Completes CW-1 Cap Lottery for FY2019 and Returns All Unselected Petitions

USCIS used a computer-generated random selection process to select enough petitions to meet the FY2019 cap of 4,999 for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI)-Only Transitional Worker (CW-1) program. USCIS will return any petitions not selected in the lottery.
