USCIS Makes the DORA Pilot Program Optional

USCIS announced that adjustment applicants in the Dallas, El Paso, and Oklahoma City areas will no longer be required to participate in the DORA pilot program under which certain individuals were required to file Form I-485 in person. USCIS is now making participation optional.
