USCIS Instructions for Overnight Delivery or Courier Service Usage (Updated 8/20/14)

USCIS issued a clarification to its 8/12/14 alert regarding prepaid air bills and shipping labels. Updated instructions include a list of types of documents eligible for use of delivery service. If delivery costs are not paid in full, USCIS will send the documents via regular U.S. mail.
