USCIS Reminder that Form I-9 Now Includes Alternative Procedure for E-Verify Employers

USCIS issued a reminder that the 8/1/23 version of Form I-9 is now available for use and contains changes to the form and instructions, including alternative procedures for E-Verify Employers to remotely examine employee documents. This version of the form must be used beginning 11/1/23.
