USCIS Reminds Haitians to Register for Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

USCIS issued an update to remind Haitian nationals that they must file their applications for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) no later than 07/20/10. The TPS designation for Haiti will remain in effect through 07/22/11.
