Revised USCIS Form I-129S Now Available for Use

USCIS press release that a revised Form I-129S, Nonimmigrant Petition Based on Blanket L Petition, is now available for use. Applicants may begin using the form starting 7/9/13. Previously accepted versions of the form may be used until 9/9/13, after which no previous versions will be accepted.
