USCIS Message on Revised I-821 Form Available for Use

USCIS message that a revised Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status, with an edition date of 2/20/14, is available for use as of 5/20/14. Previously accepted versions of the form will only be accepted until 7/31/14.
